Returns
We do not accept returns. 


Damaged items
If your item has been damaged, please email us a photo to hello@parasolpress.com as soon as possible and we will accommodate a replacement.


Shipping

We are currently not shipping internationally. 

We ship within 3-7 business days from San Bruno, California. Please be aware of this when placing your order and our shipping options. Orders ship Monday thru Friday USPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you once order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for addresses inputted incorrectly. Please double check your address before submitting an order, this includes apartment numbers.

We are also not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather, busy seasons, or routing errors. We are also not responsible for tracking marked delivered and or missing or mail theft. The USPS takes mail theft and mis-delivered mail very seriously. It is the buyer's responsibility to report this to the USPS, not Paper Parasol Press.

If you suspect mail theft, please follow these steps:
STEP 1: file a "Missing Mail Search Request" through the USPS through this website: www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

STEP 2- report the suspected theft to the USPS Postal Inspectors by calling 877-876-2455 or online at www.uspis.gov

STEP 3- file a police report with your local police to report the theft.


Do you offer custom design?
Please us a message and depending on our schedule and the design, we may be able to assist you. Local and regional designs are very popular and we can always rework a current design to fit your needs.
